My name is Marlevane and I am a Virgo, which is the Earth "Sun Sign" and Elemental of Earth. What path do I follow? This used to be an easy answer, but now it could be very complicated. Magenta Rose and I have studied Wicca for about 5 years together. However, I have expanded my interests to a more in depth and higher level.

Amongst my studies include druidism, shamanism, wicca, witchcraft,celtic mythologies, wizardry and some ceremonial crafting. Magenta and I currently run a celtic grove called Triple Spiral Grove where I am the High Priest and Magenta holds High Priestess position. Here is an update, Magenta Rose and I were attuned (initiated) into Master-Teacher degree (non-traditional) Reiki as of April. 22st 2006.

Well, let's see...a lot has changed about me since I first wrote my biography 4 years ago, so this re-write will reflect those changes. I am still proud to be a wife, mother, sister and daughter, but I have much more respect for those roles due to my study and experience with the Goddess. The Goddess has touched my life in very positive ways and I will forever worship her in her many glorious forms.

As far as my spiritual path is concerned, I have "fine tuned" what I believe. I still consider myself a Wiccan, but Wicca is not my base belief anymore. I connect with the Celtic way of life and the Celtic deities very much. So now I consider myself to be a Celtic Witch with a splash of Wicca thrown in. I still follow the Wiccan Rede, but not to the extreme, as I have in the past. I know that I must eat meat and vegetables to live. I know that protecting my family comes first in my spellcrafting. I also feel that the Gods and Goddesses are all separate beings with their own distinct personalities. (In the future, I hope to have a detailed page up describing the Celtic deities that are important to me.)

I am also studying Shamanism and hope to be a great Shaman one of these days. I feel that I have always been a little bit on the Shaman side because (I'm letting the cat out of the bag) I am a medium. I have been able to communicate with the spirits of the dead since the age of 8 or 9. I can also communicate with faries and can easily transport myself to the Otherworld. I don't know why I can do these things so easily. I suppose we are all born with special gifts and mine just happens to be the ability to travel to the Otherworld and communicate with spirits....human or nature. But one thing that I do not have is the ability to heal, and Shamanism is teaching me that. I do hope to be a healer soon.

Now, let's see...what else would you like to know? I have many hobbies and interest and I will describe a few here. I love web design and graphics. I would feel lost without my PSP! I also enjoy making pagan crafts, but I cannot sew that well. The most complicated thing I can sew is a dream pillow if that tells you anything! I also like spiritual drumming, but I have not mastered it yet. I also like to play the bass, but at this time I do not have one. And as most Witches, I love to read. I have over 100 occult books in my personal and grove library. I also love to write occult subjects and when inspiration strikes, I write poetry too. But, my number one hobby and the one I'm most fascinated with is "ghost hunting". It's thrilling to capture EVP (electronic voice phenomena), ghostly pictures and videos. It's awesome to prove the existence of the afterlife to those that cannot see it as I can. I have helped and enlightened many people on this plane and I will continue to do so until I pass over to the spirit realm.

Well, I guess that's about it for me. I'm not that interesting, as you can see. I hope I didn't bore you to death!
